The item I originally selected for purchase became unavailable after I placed my on-line order, so the customer service rep called and worked with me to find a suitable alternative at an excellent price. I appreciated the personal service and quick response to resolve the problem with my order. My purchase was delivered on time and was exactly as promised by the customer service rep. Overall I was extremely pleased with the experience.
