All overseas shipments are sent via UPS. These shipments typically take 1 or 4 days to arrive at the designated country and approximately 2 more days to clear customs. Please note that delivery times will vary by country and all time frames are estimated according to past shipments.
Canadian deliveries are $38 via UPS Standard Canada and overseas shipments are $65 which includes insurance for the value of your purchase.
Your local customs agency will notify you upon the arrival of your package. Once all applicable duties are paid your package will be released and shipped to its final destination.
Topasio.com is not responsible for any duties or VAT charged to you by your local customs agency. Please contact your local agency before placing an order since prices will vary according to country.
International Shipping charges are not refundable and all Shipment to Canada and Overseas are final sales.
On all international orders the billing address and shipping address must be the same.
APO & FPO SHIPMENTS
Due to recent changes in available delivery methods to APO and FPO addresses, all such packages will be sent, fully insured, via Registered Mail. Please be aware that delivery can take 4-6 weeks.
COUNTRY EXCLUSIONS
We currently do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia. Please note that Topasio.com reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
