Topasio.com strives for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of your order placement for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Any Free Gifts you received with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds will not be granted to products which are not returned with the free gifts.

To return, exchange or replace your purchase, please follow these simple steps:
- You must contact our Customer Service by e-mail or at our toll-free number 1-888-698-6727.
- Our Customer Service will authorize your return and issue a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without this number. Write this code on the top of your original invoice and include it with your return. If you have misplaced your original invoice, you can print a new one from the my account section of our site.
- All items should be returned in the original condition they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds. All products must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original boxes and with all original certificates. There can be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product cannot have been altered in any way. Products that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be refundable.
- All packages must be sent fully insured for the value of the Product(s). If the package is lost and it was not insured, you will be responsible for the full cost of the product. Packages must be received at our office within 30 days of your order placement of the merchandise.

- All original diamond certificates and a copy of the invoice must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any package missing the certificate(s) will be charged a $100.00 per original certificate with no exceptions.
- Topasio.com is not responsible for any packages it does not receive or returns which where not returned in according these guidelines.
- Refunds will be given in the same way as payment was made.
- Any Special Orders, such as engraving, resizing, custom mountings or jewelry pieces that you request but that are not specifically shown on our website are non refundable items. Each personalized wedding ring & personalized message ring is made to order, and is a final sale.
- Jewelry Boxes, Watch Valets and Men's Valets have a 15 day return policy.
- Please note that all items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska have a 15 day return policy.

- Please note that for Morris & David, William Lam, Fufoo and Wedding band Collections we will charge a 20% Restocking fee.
- Please note that for any Brand Name Watches / Wristwatches we will charge a 15% Restocking fee.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products. Any product offered and advertised for "SALE" will make the item a final sale.
