Topasio.com's shipping costs are divided into 2 categories:
- Jewelry and items under 2 pounds
- Items over 2 pounds (Gem Globes etc.)
Due to the difference in weight, the shipping costs also differ slightly. Refer to the shipping tables below to find out all types of shipping costs.
 
USPS
Topasio.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by USPS and it will $ 6.95 or Free on all orders over $ 150.- (US only). Your Shipment will arrive within five to ten business days. All orders are shipped pending a credit approval.
UPS Ground
Topasio.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by UPS Ground a fee of $12.50. Your Shipment will arrive within three to seven business days (M-F). No Weekend and Holiday Delivery. All orders are shipped pending a credit approval.
UPS 3 DAY Select
Topasio.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by UPS 3 day select for a fee of $18.00. Your Shipment will arrive within one to three business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing.
UPS 2 DAY Air
Topasio.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by UPS 3 day select for a fee of $21.75. Your Shipment will arrive within two business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing.
UPS Overnight
Topasio.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by UPS 3 day select for a fee of $38.00. Your Shipment will arrive within one to two business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing.
UPS Saturday Delivery
Topasio.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by FedEx Saturday Shipping for a fee of $57.50. Your Shipment will arrive within one business day and are ONLY delivered on Saturdays. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing.
Please note that if shipping/billing addresses differ your order may be delayed pending order/credit approval.

All orders ship out from Topasio.com within 1-3 business days.
We ship orders once payment is approved, we verify your receiving address and we locate the item in stock. If you ordered an item that is not currently in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. The order's estimated time of arrival will depend on three factors:
1) Product availability
2) Credit approval/Receipt of payment
3) Shipping time
To calculate when you will receive your order, take the number of days listed in the "usually ships in" box, include any additional time required for credit approval or receipt of payment, and add that to your shipping selection.
If you place an order before 3:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, the order will begin processing that day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays or after 3:00 PM Eastern Time (M-F), will begin processing the following business day.
Please note: Shipping to an address different than the original billing address may delay your order.
All orders are shipped fully insured.
All United States Postal Service packages, are sent with a delivery confirmation, and must be signed for. If the customer is not home at the time of delivery, a note is left on the door by the Mail Carrier.
UPS or FedEx will only deliver packages to a street address; they will NOT deliver to P.O. boxes. For security purposes, our merchandise will not be delivered without a signature. Please be sure to send to an address where an adult who is authorized to sign will be available.
VERY IMPORTANT: If your package is delivered to an office building, apartment complex, hospital, hotel, or school, UPS or FedEx may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, or other administrative personnel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen under these deliveries.
Purchases on back order are rare, but occasionally due to high demand items may be temporarily out of stock. We will send you updates with the projected shipping date of these items via e-mail. Back orders will be shipped using the same UPS or FedEx selection as the initial order as soon as the item becomes available. (Please note: When we ship multiple items to complete one order, charges will apply for one shipment only.)
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at www.ups.com or www.fedex.com.
All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days.
The following items will not arrive within 1 business day: Rings, watches and Designer or Specialty Items.
Also, please note that all Family and Personalized Jewelry orders will be shipped out 7-10 business days after order has been submitted due to the customization work involved.
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
